How I make pickled turnips for better gut health and better skin.

Pickled turnips are so easy to make, and really good for you. Check out this video. The special jar tops are amazing and make it really easy to do if you don’t want to burp your jars all the time. But they are not necessary, it’s just as good to have a jar that you open slightly twice a day or so to let the gas out.

Eating Fermented foods is beneficial on so many levels. It increases happiness levels by balancing the bacteria in your gut, which also helps with weight loss. I’ve noticed that it helps my skin look better too. You can make ferments out of many different kinds of vegetables, not just turnips or the famous cabbage sauerkraut.
